The hotel is fairly clean and has been newly remodeled. Great location close to everything. - the room includes central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. - the bed is exceptionally comfortable. - Plenty of food options available on the property. - Authentic restaurant on-site.

The location is convenient, close to the subway, a good area with a park and small cafes and shops. An air-conditioned room with a bathroom was cleaned every day. We checked in an hour earlier.

Weak wi fi. Because of the proximity of china town, it can be noisy at night.

Helpful staff and decent location in a really interesting area of Manhattan, everything was good. Climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV in our triple room were useful during stay. Location: the hotel was adjacent to east village and two subway stations and the subway stops. The authentic restaurant served plenty of great food.

The staff here were super kind and friendly, I really liked everyone. 🌟 the room was neat and the bathroom was spotless.

Room windowframe rattled in the wind keeping me awake. I asked reception for another room which they arranged quickly. Basic but clean and friendly staff.

I am not sure that I can say that there was anything I liked about the hotel apart from its location. The hotel was very dirty and the room standard was very poor. I was not expecting much from the rating the hotel had but I did expect it to be clean.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was dirty, dated and reminded more of a Eastern European youth hostel than a hotel.

Great for a quick stay. the rooms are peaceful and come with AC, a safe, and a TV with plenty of channels. the staff here are super friendly. It's easy to move around and there's a subway station nearby. 🚇

We had a comfortable time at the Windsor Hotel. the hotel was fairly clean and offered good value. Its location was marvelous, right next to the park and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Our room was perfect and tidy, equipped with central heating, a personal safe, and a multi-channel television.

Located near to metro stations in chinatown. Was clean and safe. When we had a problem with the safe it was corrected within 10 minutes.

It was clean, affordable, they were friendly and polite. It was the perfect example of a really great, cheap, central hotel.

It is too noisy , 24 hours a day. The room was so tiny could hardly fit the suitcase in the room . The bed felt the same as laying on a rock wall and the pillows are disgusting.

The location of this place is amazing, just a 15-minute walk to the city center, and it is in a really interesting area, with great breakfast options available.
